Bengali Association of New South Wales is the oldest Durga Puja pandal in Australia. Bengali Association of New South Wales was established in 1974 with only 12 members. It is a non-profit cultural and charitable organization promotes Bengali language, literature, music, history etc. among the Bengali people living in this area.
